Payments

For all Opals:

For the secure purchase of any of these items, or to obtain more information, please quote the relevant item number when contacting us via email: opalcave@lightningridge.net.au

POSTAGE TO: USA – Canada – UK – Germany AU $8.70 regular Air mail. Multiple buys at no additional charge unless a larger package is required. Additional postage will be at COST. To enable recipient to sign for parcel, add only AU $3. For any currency conversions, Please use the link to the currency converter located on the shop pages.

Our Quality Opal Doublets:

ALL DOUBLETS $4 registered post within Australia. This includes $100 insurance. Additional insurance available for $1 each $100 (AU).... Multiple buys at no additional charge unless a larger package is required. Additional postage will be at COST.

All Opal doublets, are natural and have not been heat treated or enhanced in any way.

Tanzanite:

Tanzanite will be sent with FREE SHIPPING and INSURANCE, both Overseas and within Australia. Included with the TANZANITE will be a Certificate of Authenticity/ Valuation. For any currency conversions, Please use the converter located at the bottom of the page.

Books and Souvenirs

All books and souvenirs will be sent by post at cost, with dimensions and weight as a guide. For any currency conversions, Please use the converter located at the bottom of the page.

Cancellation Policy

Once payment is made, we ship the required items. Cancelling the order will require the return of the items, and when inspected to be in original condition of time of shipping, a refund will then be considered.

Termination of Agreements and Refund Policy

On termination of any agreement the items of that agreement will require to be returned in it's original condition to "The Opal Cave, Lightning Ridge", inspected for damage or tampering, and a refund is then considered.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
